| 摘 要： | 采用 COEP(CTX、VCR、VP—16、PDN)联合化疗方案治疗小细胞未分化肺癌50例,获 CR 5例(10%)、PR 28例(56%)、RR 33例(66%)。其中初治37例获 CR 2例(5.4%)PR 27例(73%)、RR 29例(78.4%);复治13例获 CR 3例(23.1%)、PR 1例(7.7%)、RR 4例(30.8%),疗效比较满意。

| Abstract: | Fifty cases of undifferentiated small cell lung cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy of COEP regimen (CTX,VCR,VP-16,and PDN) Of them,complete remission (CR) was seen in 5 cases (10%),partial remission (PR) in 28 cases (56%) and a total rate of remission (RR) in 33 cases (66%).Of the 50 cases,37 were new pati- ents.Of the 37,two had a CR (5.4%) and 27 PR (73%),thus resulting in 29 cases of a RR (78.4%).The remaining 13 were,old cases.Of the 13,CR was seen in 3 cases (23.1%),PR in one case (7.7%) and RR in 4 cases (30.8%).The curative effect of this regimen has been relatively encouraging. |
