摘    要:
目的探讨原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤引起的氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法建立心肌缺血-再灌注模型。再灌注结束后采血,测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),测量心肌梗死面积。结果原花青素能明显降低血浆中MDA、AST和LDH的含量(P<0.05),提高SOD活性(P<0.05),减少心肌梗死面积(P<0.05)。结论原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤引起的氧化应激损伤的有保护作用。

Abstract:
Purpose To investigate the protective effect of proanthocyanidin(PC) on oxidative stress injury induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion(MIR) in rats.Methods MIR was carried out by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min.Blood was collected at the end of reperfusion for detecting changes of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxidedismutase(SOD),aspartateaminotransferase(AST),and lactatedehydrogenase(LDH).The myocardial infarct size was also estimated.Results PC pretreating decreased the contents of MDA,AST,LDH(P<0.05),and the myocardial infarct size(P<0.05),and increased the activity of SOD(P<0.05).Conclusion PC exerts protective effects on MIR injury.
