| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中药复方制剂糖末宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 :糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为糖末宁组和对照组 ,糖末宁组采用糖末宁煎剂 ,对照组采用西药甲钴胺片 ,观察对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状体征、神经传导速度、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果 :服用糖末宁后 ,临床症状好转 ,神经传导速度加快 ,血液流变学指标改善 ,经统计学处理与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :糖末宁能改善患者临床症状 ,改善微循环 ,提高神经传导速度 ,对糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Tangmoning decoction on Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Patients with DPN were randomly assigned to Tangmoning group and control group.Tangmoning decoction was used in Tangmoning group and mecobalamin tablets was used in control group.Effects on clinical symptom,electromyography and hemorrheology were observed before and after treatment.Results:The results of clinical symptoms,hemorrheology and electromyograph in Tangmoning group showed a marked improvement.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that Tangmoning decoction can improve clinical symptoms and microcirculation and promote nerve conduction velocity.It has a better effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
