肺癌患者三种虚证类型的治疗生存期与血浆环核苷酸水平的关系

本文报告肺癌三种虚证(气虚、阴虚、气阴两虚)类型,经中西医结合治疗后,表现出明显不同的治疗效果(气阴两虚组和阴虚组平均生存期比气虚组明显延长),似与各型患者血浆 cAMP 水平不同有密切关系。

The Relationship Between Post-Treatment Survival Time of Three Types of"Deficiency Symptom-Complex"Patients with Lung Cancer and Plasma Cyclic Nucleotides Level

The Levels of cyclic nucleotides in normal and pathological plasma were measured.The contents of plasma cyclic nucleotides of 89 patients with lung cancer were significantly different from those of the normal control group,i.e.,the plasma cAMP level decreased,the plasma cGMP level increased,and the cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased.The survival time of patients might be related to his plasma cAMP level.After three months treatment the survival time of the patients with an increase in the plasma cAMP level was found to be longer than that of a patient without change. The patients under observation were divided into three types of"deficiency symptom-comlex", which were"Qi-deficiency","Yin-deficiency"and"both Qi-and Yin-deficiency",according to the "Yin-Yang Theory"of TCM.It was shown that after treatment the survival time of patients with"Yin- deficiency"or"both Qi-and Yin-deficiency"was significantly longer than that of the patients with"Qi- deficiency".This study indicated that it was probably due to a difference in plasma cAMP level.The plasma cAMP level of the patients with"Yin-deficiency"was markedly higher than that of the patients with"Qi-deficiency",which nearly reached normal.The plasma cAMP level of the patients with"both Qi-and Yin-deficiency"had been lower,but the plasma cAMP level was significantly elevated after treatment.The plasma cAMP level of the patients with"Qi-deficiency"was significantly lowered than normal,and was not elevated after treatment.
