| 摘 要： | 目的探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗的意义。方法对61例踝关节骨折患者采用手术治疗。结果所有患者经6个月~3年(平均1.5年)随访,优33例,良22例,一般5例,差1例。优良率90.2%,疗效满意。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折能有效地恢复踝关节功能,术中准确的解剖复位和坚强的内固定是手术的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the main points of surgical treatment for ankle fracture.Methods Sixty-one patients with ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results The average length of followed-up was 18 months(6-36 months).The results of therapy were assessed as follows: excellent in 33,good in 22,so-so in 5,and poor in 1 patient(s).Excellent and good rate amounted to 90.2%.Conclusion Surgical treatment for ankle fracture can restore the function of ankle joint. |
