| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药清胰汤辅治急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并麻痹性肠梗阻的临床疗效和护理要点。方法将64例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上鼻饲清胰汤。观察2组首次排便时间、腹部胀痛缓解时间、发热时间和住院时间。结果治疗组首次排便时间、腹部胀痛缓解时间、发热时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论清胰汤辅治SAP合并麻痹性肠梗阻疗效显著,疗程短,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and nursing points of Qingyi soup in the auxiliary cure of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） with paralytic ileus. Methods 64 cases patients with SAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 32 cases. Control group were treated with conventional therapy,and treatment group based on routine treatment were treated with nasogastric Qingyi soup. Observed the first bowel movement time,abdominal pain relief time,fever time and hospital stay time. Results The first bowel movement time,abdominal pain relief time,fever time and hospital stay time of treatment group was shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.01） . Conclusion The effect of Qingyi soup in the auxiliary cure of SAP with paralytic ileus is significant,course is short, and worthy of clinical applacation. |
