| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨采用新型带教模式对ICU男护生培训成效的影响.方法 选择在ICU实习的男护生32名,分为实验组16名和对照组16名,对照组采用传统带教模式,实验组采用改进后的新型带教模式,培训结束时考试并征求意见.结果 实验组实习结束时考试成绩优秀率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),实验组有留用ICU意愿者较培训前增加.结论 ...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of new teaching mode on male nursing students in ICU.Methods A total of 32 male nursing students were selected and divided into experiment group and control group（n=16）.The control group received traditional teaching mode,but the experiment group received newly improved teaching mode.Both groups underwent a test after training,and feedbacks of male nurses were collected.Results The excellent rate of the test in experiment group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,and the number of students planning to stay in ICU increased,when compared with that before training.Conclusion The new teaching mode suitable for characters of male students should be performed to enhance training efficiency of male nursing students in ICU. |
