Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Guided by Fast-track Surgery Theory(A Report of 135 Cases)

Objective To study the clinical value of fast-track surgery（FTS） theory in application of laparoscopic cholecystctomy（LC）.Methods 270 patients treated by LC were divided into 2 groups：FTS theory was used in FTS group（n=135）,and the control group（n=135） received traditional perioperative therapy.After operation,the time of bowel flatus,taking meals and out of bed movement,hospital stay and hospital cost,and complications were compared.Results After operation,the time of bowel flatus,taking meals and out of bed movement,hospital stay in FTS group were significantly shorter than those in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Hospital cost in FTS group was also lower than that in control group（P0.05）.There were no postoperative complications in both groups.Conclusion FTS theory in application of LC is safe,economical and effective.Also it can shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospital costs,and promote recovery.
