活血化瘀法治疗急性脑出血102例疗效观察

目的：探讨活血化瘀法治疗急性脑出血的疗效。方法：将１５２例急性脑出血患者随机分为２组，治疗组１０２例和对照组５０例，均用西医综合治疗（吸氧、排痰、抗感染、维持水及电解质平衡等）和２０％甘露醇２５０ｍｌ、地塞米松５～３０ｍｇ静滴，每日１次。治疗组在此基础上加用活血化瘀中药口服（或鼻饲）。２组疗程均为１０～１４日。结果：治疗组愈显率为８３．３％，总有效率为９１．２％，均显著高于对照组（分别为６２．０％，８４．０％），Ｐ均＜０．０５。治疗组脑出血血肿的吸收情况明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中医活血化瘀法治疗急性脑出血，可改善脑组织缺血、缺氧，缓解脑水肿，促进血肿吸收，提高治愈率。

The observations of curative efficacy of Huoxue Huayu Method on acute cerebral hemorrhage for 102 cases

Objective:To investigate the curative efficacy of Huoxue Huayu Method on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:152 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.Both treatment group ( n =102) and control group ( n =50) were treated with general therapy (inhaling oxygen,exhausting sputum,keeping the balance of water and electrolytes and so on);20% mannitol 250 ml and dexamethasone 530 mg infused intravenously once a day.Based on those therapy Huoxue Huayu Chinese drugs given orally or nasofeedingly was added.The therapeutic course was 1014 days for two groups.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate (83 3%) and total effective rate (91 2%) in treatment group was significantly higher than those (62 0% and 84 0%,respectively) in control group (all P <0 05).The absorption of hematoma caused by cerebral hemorrhage in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group ( P <0 05).Conclusions:Huoxue Huayu Method of TCM may improve the ischemia and oxygen deficiency of brain tissues,alleviate the cerebral edema,promote the absorption of hematoma,and increase the cured rate.
