| 摘 要： | 目的探讨河南地区汉族人群慢性丙型肝炎遗传易感性与人类白细胞抗原DRB1等位基因多态性的关系,为寻找慢性丙型肝炎的易感基因和抵抗基因提供线索。方法应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物技术,对74例河南汉族慢性丙型肝炎患者与62例健康对照者进行HLA-DRB1＊1501/1502等位基因检测,对两组实验结果进行统计学分析。结果在慢性丙型肝炎组中HLA-DRB1＊1501/1502等位基因频率显著升高,与健康组相比较,差异有统计学意义。结论HLA-DRB1＊1501/1502等位基因可能为河南地区汉族人群形成慢性丙型肝炎的易感基因。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association of HLA-DRB1 allele polymorphism with the genetic susceptibility to chronic hepatitis C(CHC) and to provide a clue for searching a susceptible allele and risistant allele.Methods Seventy-four patients with CHC in Henan were investigated for HLA-DRB1*1501/1502 allele by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) technique.The results were compared with thosde from 62 normal healthy people by use of statisticl analysis.Results The frequency of HLA-DRB1*1501/1502 allele in patient group was significantly higher than the frequency in control group.Conclusion HLA-DRB1*1501/1502 allele may be the susceptible gene in patients with chronic hepatitis C in Henan Han population. |
