MRI与CT图像融合在颅内肿瘤的靶区勾画和对治疗计划影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的探讨MRI与CT的图像融合对于靶区勾画的影响。方法 28例颅内肿瘤患者,其中男性12例,女性16例;年龄20~86岁,中位年龄57岁。MRI和CT图像采用自动法进行融合,在CT和融合图像上分别勾画靶区,并比较靶区的区别。结果运用融合图像勾画靶区比单纯CT上勾画更为清晰和准确。三维空间总的融合误差仅为(0.55±0.14)mm,融合精度较高,CT图像上的靶区体积是(28.55±7.23)cm^3,融合图像上的靶区体积是(35.83±5.38)cm^3。结论 MRI和CT图像融合技术应用于射波刀治疗颅内肿瘤中勾画靶区,能提高靶区勾画的准确性,并且为外科手术治疗提供一定指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect delineation of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and CT for image registration.Methods A total of 28 patients with intracranial tumors were enrolled,included 12 males and 16 females,who were 20-86 years old with a median age of 57.The CT and MRI image were integrated with CyberKnife automatic fusion system,the target on CT and fusion target image was delineated,and the target area was compared.Results The target with fusion image was cleaner and more accurate than CT image.The 3D fusion error was(0.55 ± 0.14) mm,and target area was(28.55 ± 7.23) cm3in CT and(35.83 ± 5.38) cm3 in MRI.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the MRI and CT image fusion are very sensitive to be used in clinical CyberKnife treatment for target delineation,and it could provide some guidance for surgery.
