摘    要:为研究呼吸训练配合深吸气练习器改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果。将48例缓解期COPD患者随机分为训练组26例,进行呼吸训练配合抗阻深吸气锻炼,每天30min;对照组22例进行临床常规治疗,各3个月。测定并对比训练前后肺指标PVC(ml)、FEV1.0(ml)、MMF(S/L)、MVV(L)。

Abstract:Effects of respiratory training and anti-resistance deep inhale exercise on the lung function of patients with COPD were studied. Forty-eight patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-six patients in training group underwent respiratory training and anti-resistance deep inhale exercise for 3o min daily for 3 months. The lung function in training group [FVC (ml), FEV1. 0 (ml), MMF (L/S), MVV (L)] were examined and compared with those of 22 patients in control group before and after training. The patients in the control group were treated only with routine methods. All scores of training in training group were improved significantly after training (P<0.05). The results showed that respiratory training and anti-resistance deep inhale exercise by using inhaIer could increase the strength of respiratory muscles and improve the lung function. It may be empIoyed as an effective rehabilitation approach to treat the patients with COPD at the stable stage.
