失语患者的认知训练

为探讨认知训练对失语的治疗作用，对２２例脑卒中失语患者分成认知训练组和对照组，分别接受认知语言综合康复训练和仅接受语言训练，结果：经过３个月的治疗，认知训练组的认知功能改善较对照组明显；听理解能力、复 改善明显好地对照组。提示认知训练对失语的康复有积极作用，应将其列入失语治疗常规中。

Cognitive Training in Stroke Patients with Aphasia

To investigate the effects of cognitive training on stroke patients with aphasia, a total of 22 stroke pa- tients with aphasia were randomly assigned to an cognitive training group and a control group. The patients in cogni- tive training group received cognitive training and speech therapy program for 3 months for aphasia. The control group underwent only speech therapy, The results showed between the two groups, the cognitive training group was significantly better in cognitive skills 3 months after therapy. The cognitive training group was significantly better in listening comprehension and repeation than in control group. It was concluded that cognitive training was effective on improving language functions in aphasia patients. Cognitive should be included into a speech rehabilitation routine.
