N-三甲基壳聚糖对芦荟凝胶透皮吸收促进作用的体外研究

摘    要:目的:研究季胺化程度为60%的N-三甲基壳聚糖(TMC60)对芦荟凝胶体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:分别制备含2%TMC60的芦荟凝胶(TMC60组),含2%氮酮的芦荟凝胶(阳性组),无促渗剂的芦荟凝胶(阴性组)。通过体外透皮扩散实验得到各组累积透过量Q9并求出稳态透皮速率Jo结果:TMC60组和阳性组的Q和J均显著大于阴性组(P〈0.05);而TMC60组和阳性组相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:2%TMC60与2%氮酮的体外透皮吸收促进效果相似,值得进一步研发。

Abstract:Objective: To study the enhancement of N-trimethyl chitosan with degree of quaternization of 60% (TMC60) on the aloe gel in vitro. Method: Three different kinds of aloe gels, which was 2% TMC60 group,2% azonc group (positive control) and blank control group (without any enhancer) ,respectively,were prepared. The cumulative penetration (Q) and steady penetration rate (J) in vitro were used as the indices. Result: Significant difference was found on the Q and the J of TMC60 group and positive control group when compared with the blank control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , however no significant difference was found when TMC60 group was compared with the azone group (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: 2% TMC60 is an efficient penetration enhancer with similar enhancement with 2% azone and valuable to he studied further.
