HPLC法测定复方防风胶囊中两成分的含量

目的：建立HPLC法测定复方防风胶囊中升麻素苷、5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的方法。方法：采用Waters symmetry—C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％冰醋酸，梯度洗脱，检测波长254nm，柱温为30℃。结果：升麻素苷在10—160mg·L^-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为100．10％（RSD=1．89％）。5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在10—80mg·L^-1范围内有良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．29％（RSD=1．61％）。结论：该方法灵敏、准确、可靠，可作为复方防风胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Cimicifugoside and 5-O-Methylvismmiside in Compound Fangfeng Capsules by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cimicifugoside and 5-O-Methylvismmiside in compound fangfeng capsules. Method： The Waters symmetry-C18 （250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） column was used, the mobile phase was 0. 1% acetic acid-methanol with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min ^-1 the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result ： The linear ranges of cimicifugoside and 5-0-Methylvismmiside 10-160 mg. L- 1 （ r = 0. 999 7 ） and 10-80 ml· min ^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recoveries （n=6） were 100. 10% （RSD = 1.89% ） and 100. 29% （RSD = 1.61% ） ,respectively. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable for the quality control of compound fangfeng capsules.
