摘    要:
目的:建立草药杠板归中槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为AE.Lichrom C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50),流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素的进样量在0.012~0.616μg范围内与峰面积线形关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.64%(RSD=0.83%)。结论:此法操作简单,结果可靠,可用于杠板归的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for content determination of quereetin from polygoni perfoliati herba. Method: The AE. Lichrom C 18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and 0. 4% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. The wavelength was 360 nm. Result: The calibration curve showed good linearity within the range of 0. 012-0. 616 μg ( r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 98. 64% ( RSD = 0. 83% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, convenient, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of polygoni perfoliati herba.
