附子理中丸对脾阳虚证大鼠骨骼肌能荷影响的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:观察附子理中丸对脾阳虚证大鼠骨骼肌能荷的影响。方法:18窝新生大鼠按同窝匹配、体重均衡原则随机分9组,前5组不切除甲状腺作为获得性脾阳虚,后4组切除甲状腺作为发育性脾阳虚。d1切除部分甲状腺。d42切除肩胛骨间棕色脂肪,d56高脂饲养和d70用药防治。d98取骨髂肌,高效液相色谱测量能荷。t检验比较组间效能差别。结果:获得性脾阳虚大鼠中,阳虚组能荷值比正常组降低14.2%(P〈0.01),脾阳虚组能荷值比阳虚组降低16.0%(P〈0.01),凉治组能荷值比脾阳虚组升高5,8%(P〈0,01),温治组能荷值比脾阳虚组降低9.6%(P〈0.01)。发育性脾阳虚大鼠中,阳虚组能荷值比正常组升高45.6%(P〈0.01),脾阳虚组能荷值比阳虚组降低23.9%(P〈0.01),凉治组能荷值比脾阳虚组升高6.8%(P〈0.01),温治组能荷值比脾阳虚组降低16.8%(P〈0.01)。与获得性脾阳虚比较,发育性脾阳虚阳虚组、脾阳虚组、凉治组和温治组的能荷值分别升高69.7%、53.8%、55.4%和41.7%(P〈0.01)。结论:降低骨骼肌能荷是附子理中丸增强发育性和获得性脾阳虚大鼠产热潜能的机制之一。
