摘    要:目的:建立复方头孢克洛颗粒的含量测定方法。方法:应用HPLC法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-0.025mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调节pH至3.4)(50∶50),检测波长249nm,流速:1.0mL·min,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果:头孢克洛和盐酸溴己新的线性范围分别为2.62~7.87mg(r=0.9999)和7.24~21.73(g(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为分别为99.18%和99.26%(n=9),RSD分别为1.6%和1.3%。结论:该方法快速简便,准确,重复性好,可用于复方头孢克洛颗粒的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective:To eatablish a method for the content determination of Compound Cefaclor Granules. Method: HPLC was employed by using Diamonsil C18 as the column and acetonitrile-0.025 mol· L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (50∶50) as the mobile phase. Flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was 249 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: A good linearity for Cefaclor and Bromhexine Hydrochloride was obtained in the range from 2.62~7.87 mg and 7.24~21.73 μg. The average recoveries were 99.18% and 99.26%, with RSD 1.6% and 1.3% (n=9), respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and fast, the results are accurate and reproducible for the determination of the content of compound cefaclor granules.
