| 摘 要： | 目的：优化筛选酮洛芬缓释片的处方。方法：以体外释放度为指标，采用正交设计法优化酮洛芬缓释片的处方，并考察酮洛芬缓释片体外的释放机制。结果：最佳处方为：酮洛芬110g，羟丙甲纤维素（HPMC）20g，乳糖30g，乙基纤维素（EC）40g。酮洛芬缓释片体外释放行为符合Higuchi方程。结论：酮洛芬缓释片处方合理，工艺简单，缓释效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To optimize the formulation of ketoprofen sustained-release tablets. Method ： The cumulative release in vitro of the ketoprofen sustained-release tablets was studied as the evaluation parameter, its formulation was optimized by the orthogonal design method and its release mechanism in vitro was also studied. Result： The optimal formulation of ketoprofen sustained-release tablets composed of ketoprofen 110 g,HPMC 20 g,lactose 30 g, EC 40 g and its release mechanism followed Higuchi kinetic equation. Conclusion： The formulation of ketoDrofen sastained-release tablets is feasihle with favorable release and rational preparing technology. |
