长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳生物碱药理作用比较

摘    要:目的:观察并比较长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳生物碱的药理作用,为长柱十大功劳的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法,醋酸扭体法,番泻叶致小鼠腹泻法,ADP诱导小鼠急性肺栓塞模型,四氯化碳和异硫氰酸萘酯所致肝损伤模型,并对长柱十大功劳生物碱进行急性毒性试验。结果:两种十大功劳生物碱都具有抗炎、镇痛、止泻、保肝退黄的作用.长柱十大功劳止泻作用效果强于阔叶十大功劳,阔叶十大功劳抗炎作用效果强于长柱十大功劳;此外,长柱十大功劳还具有明显的抗肺栓塞作用,半数致死量(LD50)为49.67g·kg^-1,95%可信限为43.12-56.52g·kg^-1。结论:长柱十大功劳生物碱与阔叶十大功劳药理作用相近,提示其药用价值有待深入研究。

Abstract:Objective : To observe and compare the pharmacological effect of alkaloid in mahonia duclouxiana gagnep, and mahonia bealei(fort. )carr,and provide the basis of using for the former. Method: The ear swelling induced by the croton oil, acetic acid twisting, anti-diarrhea effect by diarrhea test induced by folium sennae in mice, the acute pulmonary embolism model in mice induced by ADP, the acute liver injury models in mice induced by CCL4 and ANIT, and acute toxicity test was determined. Result: Two kinds of mahonia had the actions of anti-inflammation, analgesia, anti-diarrhea, protected liver, eliminated jaundice, the former anti-diarrhea was better than the later,the later anti-inflammation was better than the former,the former had a significant anti-thrombotic action in addition. The LD50 was 49. 67 g.kg^-1 ,95% confidence limit was 43. 12-56. 52 g. kg^-1. Conclusion: Alkaloids in mahonia duclouxiana gagnep, and mahonia bealei(fort. )carr have the similar pharmacological effect,its medicinal properties need to further study.
