中医糖尿病动物模型的研究现状与思考

糖尿病是以多饮、多食、多尿、消瘦、衰弱等为临床特征的疾病。目前中医糖尿病动物模型的制作，多是按照西医病因病理来复制，用西医的思路来探讨中医的理论，使中医处于被研究被解释的状态，这既与中医传统病因不符，又使制作出来的动物模型不具有中医糖尿病的本质和特点。因此，中医糖尿病动物模型的制作，应从中医传统病因病机观念出发，制作出符合中医糖尿病自身规律和特点的模型。

Current Situation and Thinking on Diabetes Animal Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, emaciation and weakness. At present, diabetes animal model of TCM is made according to the etiology and pathology of western medicine. To probe into the theory of TCM through the thinking of western medicine makes TCM in a situation of being studied and being explained, which disagree with the traditional cause of TCM, Meanwhile, the animal models made in this way do not have the nature and characteristics of diabetes of TCM. Therefore, making animal model of TCM should be based on the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM, and the model should reflect the rules and characteristics of diabetes of TCM.
