摘    要:目的:探讨^201铊心肌平面显像低灌注节段对冠状动脉病变的估测。方法:对56例有或疑有冠心病、心绞痛的患者做冠状动脉造影和^201铊运动心肌平面显像。结果:显像节段室间隔、前壁与左冠状动脉前降支(LAD),后侧壁与左冠状动脉回旋支(LCX)。下壁与右冠状动脉(RCA)之间显著相关。LAD病变敏感性和特异性高;而LCX与RCA敏感性较高,特异性差。假阳性高。结论:^201铊心肌平面显像能间接反映冠状动脉的血流状况,可作为诊断冠脉疾病的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of underperfused region with 201 thallium planar myocardial perfusion imaging in detection of coronary artery disease.Methods:fifty-six patients with known or suspected coronary angiography and 201 thallium stress planar myocardial perfusion imaging simultaneously.Results:The regional defects of interseptal/anterior,posterolateral,and inferior wall markedly related to left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD),left circumflex artery(LCX),and right coronary artery(RCA)lesions respectively.The detection of LAD lesion achieved high sensitivity and specificity,while those of LCX and RCA were of relatively high sensitivity,low specificity and high false positive.Conclusion:This study suggests that 201 thallium planar myocardial perfusion imaging may indirectly reflect the blood flow condition of coronary artery and may be an effective diagnostic means of coronary artery disease.
