作业疗法对复发性抑郁症疗效的观察

目的探讨作业疗法对复发性抑郁症患者的治疗效果。方法将82例复发性抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组在日常药物治疗的基础上使用作业疗法进行合理情绪治疗,对照组仅进行相应的药物治疗及一般的康复治疗。于治疗前后分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI-GI)评定疗效,1年后随访。结果治疗42天后,两组的HAMD量表评分自治疗1周后均有有显著性差异,至6周差异最为显著,P0.05,CGI-GI评分比较自第4周后出现显著性差异,P0.05;治疗结束后,研究组及对照组总有效率分别为95.23%和90.0%,两组比较差异无显著性,P0.05;显效率为78.6%和52.5%,两组比较有显著性差异,P0.05。一年后复发率治疗组为7.14%,对照组为22.5%(χ2=3.87,P0.05)有显著性差异。结论作业疗法对复发性抑郁症患者是一种有效的康复治疗方法,能降低复发率。

Occupational therapy for recurrent depression

Objective To discuss the effects of occupational therapy for recurrent depression. Methods 82 patients with recurrent depression were randomly divided into treatment group （n =42） and control group （n =40）. In addition to routine medication, rational emotive therapy was to treatment group, Control group received routine medication and general rehabilltation. Both groups were evaluated for efficacy with Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and clinical curative effect overall rating scale （CGI - GI） before and after treatment, and were followed up 1 year after treatment. Results 42d after treatment, HAMD scale scores started to show significant difference in both groups since 1 week after treatment, the most significant difference occurred six weeks after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CGI - GI scores started to show significant difference in both groups since 4 weeks after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.23% and 90.0% respectively in treatment group and control group, showing no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The obvious effective rate was 78.6% and 52.5% respectively in treatment group and control group, showing significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. One -year recurrence rat was 7.14%e in treatment group and 22.5% in control group （χ^2 = 3.87, P〈 0. 05）, showing significant differences. Conclusions Occupational therapy is an effective rehabilitation therapy for patients with recurrent depression that can reduce relapse rate.
