食管癌术后早期营养支持的临床应用

目的：比较肠内营养与传统静脉补液对食管癌患者术后营养状况的影响，探讨食管癌患者术后合理的营养治疗。方法：选择60例食管癌手术患者。随机分为肠内营养组（ENCRn=30）和肠外营养组（PN组n=30），两组均于术后第1日开始给予营养支持或静脉营养。结果：肠内营养组患者无吻合瘘发生。胃排空障碍1例。患者体重较术前无明显差异。肠外营养组患者发生吻合口瘘2例，体重较术前下降（4±1.3）kg。两组患者体重及并发症的发生等比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：术后早期采用肠内营养支持能降低术后并发症的发生和改善患者营养状况。

The clinical appflication of postoperative early nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To compare the enteral nutrition with conventional postoperative intravenous fluid infusion on the nutritional status of patients with esophageal carcinoma, and to explore patients with esophageal cancer after a reasonable nutritional therapy.Methods 60 patients with esophageal cancer undergone radical resection and reconstruction were randomly allocated into 2 groups （Entoral Nutrition group,EN group,n=30 and Parentoral Nutrition group,PN group n=30）.Resuhs No postoperative anastomosis leakage occurred in the EN Group.One case suffered from delayed gastric emp- tying and other treatments without obvious changes in body weight.In the contrast group~ 2 cases suffered from postoperative anastomosis leakage with obvious loss of （4±1.3）kgin body weight.There existed significant difference in body weight between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Postoperative early entemal nutrition can effectively reduce complications and improve patients nutrition conditions.
