中药熏洗坐浴与盐水坐浴用于肛肠病人术后的疗效观察

目的：探讨中药熏洗坐浴与传统的盐水坐浴用于肛肠手术后换药的疗效，方法：将痔疮手术后病人随机分为实验组和对照组两组各30例，实验组在常规治疗的基础上，对手术后的病人每次解完大便常规温盐水清洗后采取用中药坐浴后换药。对照组只采用老方法病人每次解完大便常规温盐水坐浴后换药。研究两组伤口换药的效果。结果：两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），实验组在四天和第八天伤口的愈合效果均优于对照组。治疗组伤口水肿指数（0．28±0．10），创口愈合时间（12．4±2．7）天。对照组伤1：7水肿指数（1．13±0．52）。愈合时间（20．4±3．4）天。两组比较有显著的差异。结论：中药熏洗坐浴用于痔疮手术后病人的换药可有效的减轻水肿和促进病人伤口愈合的作用，减轻病人换药的痛苦。

Effect observation of combining of Chinese drug fume and hip bath with saline water hip bath for postoperation of anus bowel disease

objective： to study the herbal fumigation sitz bath with trxadltional brine sitz bath after surgery for anorectal mixture curative effect, method： hemorrhoids surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups of the experimental group and control group, 30 cases group based on routine treatment, the opponent postoperative patients each solution is over conventional temperature brine after cleaning stool taken with Chinese traditional medicine sitz bath after treatment. The control group only the old methods patients each solution is over conventional temperature brine stool sitz bath after treatment. Study the effect of two groups of wound bandage. Resuhs： two groups was significant （P〈 0.05） group in four days on the eighth day wound healing effect are superior to that of the control group. The treatment group wound edema index （0.28±0.10）, wound healing time （12.4±2.7） days. The control group wound edema index （1.13±0.52）, healing time （20.4±3.4） days. Two groups of comparisons has significant differences. Conclusion： herbal fumigation sitz bath for hemorrhoids surgery in patients after treatment can effectively reduce oedema and promote patients wound healing effect, the patient allay changeover of pain.
