| 摘 要： | 艇四氯化碳诱导大鼠慢性损伤的基础上，结合温热中药灌胃制作大鼠慢性四氯化碳肝损伤肝阴虚证动物模型，并从病因、症状、体征、实验指标以及中药治疗反证等方面对模型加以评价。该模型的临床表现及病 理变化与人类肝阴虚证近似。

| Abstract: | Liver yin deficient model rats were made on the basis of chronic liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride and stomach filling of warm-heat Chinese herbs.The causes,symptoms,experimental date and the effects of Chinese herbs were analyzed.The clinical manifestation and pathologic changes were similar with those of human bings. |
