摘    要:
采用离体动脉条法,对比观察一氧化氮、内皮素、α-受体、β-受体和前列腺素的阻滞剂对血管运动功能的影响力,以了解阻滞一氧化氮或内皮素的的制剂在血管运动调控方面的可能应用前景。结果显示,在离体动脉条上等分子浓度的L-NMA(一氧化氮合成阻滞剂)能产生与妥拉苏林或心得安相似的(绝对值)篾这运动效果。而膦酰二肽(内皮素合成阻滞剂)对动脉条的作用明显偏弱,提示一氧化氮参与血管运动调控的程度可能大于内皮素的参

Abstract:
To study the effects of antagonists of NO and endothelin-1 in aortic strips for comparing their capacity on vasomotor regulation. NG-monome-thyl-L-arginine(L-NMA), phosphoramidon, tolazoline, propranolol and indomethacin were investigated in rabbits aortic strips.The results showed that L-NMA produced vasomotor effect similar with tolazoline and propranolol(in absolute values), whereas the effect of phosphoramidon was much weaker,which may suggest a more important role of NO in vasomotor regulation than endothelin-1, and the antagonist of NO may also produce greater effects on vasomotor tone.
