北京海淀区128例细菌性痢疾的病原学研究

目的：明确细菌性痢疾致病菌的种类分布比例，了解海淀区细菌性痢疾的菌群特点。方法：对128例临床诊断细菌性痢疾便标本检测志贺菌属、致泻性大肠埃希菌属、副溶血性弧菌、变形杆菌、沙门菌及金黄色葡萄球菌。结果：128份菌痢病人便标本中共检测出细菌33株，其中，志贺菌属16株，致泻性大肠埃希菌属8株，变形杆菌属5株，副溶血性弧菌属4株，未检出沙门菌及金黄色葡萄球菌。结论：海淀区痢疾患者致病菌以福氏志贺菌较多。

Analysis of etiology in 128 patients with acute bacillary dysentery in Hai Dian District of Beijing

Objective:To analysis of species of pathogenis bacteria,feature of microbial population in patients with bacillary dysentery in Haidian District of Beijing.Methods:To detect shigella,Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,proteus species,and Staphylococcusaureus of suitable specimen is 128 patients with dysentery-like diarrhea which were diagnosed clinically.Results:33 strains pathogenic bacteria of suitable specimen in 128 patients with dysentery-like diarrhea were detected,including 16 strains of shigella,8 strains of Escherichia coli,5 strains of proteus species,4 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and Salmonella and Staphylococcusarureus were undetected.Conclusion:Shigellae were still the majority of pathogen in patients with dysentery-like diarrhea in Haidian District.
