| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽主要来源于心脏分泌的脑钠肽前体,通过利钠利尿、扩张血管、降低体循环血管阻力及血浆容量,抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统和交感神经系统的作用,参与血压、血容量以及水电解质平衡的调节,保护心脏功能。脑钠肽不但在诊断治疗心血管系统疾病中广泛应用,同时还与呼吸系统疾病、肾功能不全等有着广泛联系。现对脑钠肽的生理特性、检测方法、临床应用及前景展望做一介绍。

| Abstract: | Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and proBNP are secreted by the heart and preserve cardiac function.BNP affects renal function,vasodilation,blood pressure via the renin angiotensin aldosterone system,and the sympathetic nervous system.BNP is widely used as a marker in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular system diseases.This article gives a thorough introduction of the physiological characteristics,testing methods,clinical application and prospective uses of BNP. |
