摘    要:目的优选丹皮酚巴布剂最佳基质的配比,制备性能优良的巴布剂。方法采用响应面设计,以基质均匀性、延展性、膜残留性、皮肤追随性、黏度、剥离强度为综合指标,以配方原料为因素,对巴布剂基质组成比例进行优化。结果通过对析因实验,爬坡实验和Box-Behnken实验数据进行分析,优选出最佳配方比为乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)∶甘羟铝∶酒石酸∶K-90∶甘油∶XL-10∶NP-800=0.20∶0.20∶0.10∶1.00∶28.62∶1.95∶5.88。结论所得配方基质较优,制备出丹皮酚巴布剂符合药剂学要求。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best proportion of matrix recipe of paeonol cataplasm to prepare good cataplasm.Methods The composition proportion of cataplasm matrix was optimized taking matrix uniformity,ductility,membrane rescue,skin following,viscosity and peeling strength as comprehensive indexes and raw materials of recipe as factors by using response surface design.Results Through the analysis on the data of factorial experiment,climbing experiment and Box-Behnken experiment,the best recipe proportion was as follows: EDTA: dihydroxyaluminii Aminoacetate: tartaric acid:K-90: glycerin:XL-10: NP-800 was 0.20: 0.20: 0.10: 1.00: 28.62: 1.95: 5.88.Conclusion The matrix recipe obtained in the experiment was better,and prepared paeonol cataplasm accorded with the requirements of pharmaceutics.
