党参复方对化学药物所致小鼠记忆损伤的改善作用

本文采用跳台法、避暗法和Y型水迷路法,观察了党参复方对小鼠学习记忆的改善作用,发现该方对多种小鼠学习记忆障碍模型均有不同程度的保护作用。并初步分析此种作用可能与其增强Ach的M—效应和改变脑中5-HT含量有关。

Deng Sheng Fu Fang Improve Chemical-induced Amnesia in mice

One trial passive avoidance responses that include step down test and step through test, and water maze test were used to investigate effect of Dang Sheng Fu Fang (DSFF) en learning and memory. The results indicated that DSFF could improve anisodine (10mg/kg, ip) -induced impairment of acquisition of memory and cycloheximide (100mg/kg, ip) induced deficit of conso-; lidation of memory by one trial passive avoidance response in mice. DSFF was shown to protect from alcohol (40% 0.1ml/10g, po) -produced impairment of retrieval of memory using step down test and pentobabital elicited deficit of memory by wafer maze test in mice. DSFF was also shown to antagonize change of EEG caused by scopolamine in rats, and, to increase the level of serotonin in mice brain, which had been decreased by reserpine (0.15mg/kg, sc for 8 days) These results suggest that aatiamnestic effect of DSFF might involve serotonin metabolism and muscarinic receptor of Ach.
