| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨白介素-2(IL-2)和白介素-10(IL-10)在复发性生殖器疱疹发病机制中的作用.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测21例复发性生殖器疱疹患者血清IL-2及IL-10水平.结果:与正常人对照组相比,患者血清IL-2水平显著降低(P＜0.001),IL-10水平无明显改变(P＞0.05).结论:低水平IL-2使其诱生NK和LAK细胞活性降低而致溶解和破坏病毒感染的靶细胞能力低下,可能是生殖器疱疹复发的重要原因之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the role of interleukin(IL) 2 and IL-10 in the pathogenesis of recurrent genital herpes. Methods:Serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in 21 patients with recurrent genital herpes. Results:The serum levels of IL-2 were significantly lower in the patients with recurrent genital herpes than that of the normal controls (P<0.001), but the levels of IL-10 showed no statistical significance between the patients and controls (P>0.05). Conclusion:The decreased IL-2 levels may decrease natural killer cells and lymphokine-activated killer cells activities, the reduction of the virus infected target cytolysis could be an important reason in the recurrence of the disease. |
