| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨耳鸣对突发性聋疗效的影响。方法 :根据首发症状的不同将 133例突发性聋分为 2组 ,I组 90例 ,无耳鸣 ;Ⅱ组 4 3例 ,以耳鸣为首发症状。两组均用药物结合高压氧综合治疗。结果 :2组总有效率分别为 91.1%,79.1%。总无效率分别为 11.2 %,2 0 .9%。2组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :耳鸣对突发性聋的疗效无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of tinnitus on the curative effect of sudden deafness (SD). Methods:133 cases were divided into two groups according to different symptoms . Group I had 90 cases which had no tinnitus, group II had 43 cases whose initial syndrome was tinnitus. All the cases were treated by sympathetic method of medicines combined with hyperbaric oxygenation. Result: The general effective rate and the inefficient rate of the two groups was 91.1%, 79.1% and 11.2%, 20.9% respectively without significant difference. Conclusion: Tinnitus has no significant influence on the curative effect of sndden deafness. |
