| 摘 要： | 目的:优化住院药房注射类药品摆药的工作模式,为进一步在住院药房推广应用全自动针剂摆药机提供参考。方法:在我院住院药房全自动针剂摆药机使用前、后各10个正式工作日内,分别选取5个科室进行2种模式摆药流程计时,统计和分析单个患者摆药各环节的用时并进行比较,估算其获益。结果:全自动针剂摆药机的应用,使单个患者的摆药总用时由1.5～2.1min减少为0.45～0.80min,显著提高了药品调剂效率,且效率提高程度与各科室需要摆药的患者数成正相关。结论:全自动针剂摆药机的应用,加快了注射类药品摆药速度,缩短了工作时间,节省了人力资源。 |
