| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)的临床诊断价值。材料与方法：对231例MRCP显示胰胆管扩张的病例进行分析，其中183例经手术病理证实，48例经临床证实。结果：MRCP能清晰显示胰胆管解剖结构，对胆管梗阻部位和程度的判断正确率为100％，梗阻原因的诊断正确率为87．8％。结论：MRCP检查的成功率高，适应于各种胰胆系病变的检查，可作为该系统疾病诊断的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose-. To evaluate the clinical application value of MR cholangiopancreatograph (MRCP) . Materials and Methods: MRCP was performed in 231 cases. Among them, 183 cases had final diagnosis on the basis of findings at surgery and pathological study. The other 48 cases were supported by adequate clinical information. Results: MRCP can exhibit the structure of pancreasticobiliary duct and it's image were similar to those of direct cholangiopancreatography. The accuracy of MRCP in detection of the location of bile duct obstruction was 100% . The accuracy of MRCP to evaluating the cause of obstruction was 87.8% . Conclusion: This study shows the MRCP examination has a high success rate. MRCP may provide an efficient alternative to direct cholangiopancreatography, especially when ERCP and PTC are unsuccessful of inadequate. |
