开封市慢性病综合干预社区居民慢性病患病及危险因素研究

摘    要:
目的了解河南省开封市社区居民慢性病患病情况及危险因素,为慢性病防治提供依据。方法收集2009-2010年参加开封市慢性病综合干预社区项目的社区居民资料,共1 552例,分析社区居民的慢性病患病和影响因素。结果慢性病总患病率男女性别差异有统计学意义(x2=8.932,P=0.003),其中高血压、脑卒中和癌症患病率男女性别差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。主要危险因素中吸烟、饮酒、身体活动不足和脂肪供能比>30.00%男女性别差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。慢性病患者蛋类、豆及豆制品、油脂、食盐、酒精摄入量高于膳食宝塔推荐量。其中,谷类、肉禽、蛋类、水产品、豆及豆制品、奶及奶制品、酒精和饮水摄入量男女性别差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论慢性病综合干预社区居民慢性病患病率与年龄、文化程度、活动和饮食习惯等多种因素有关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic disease in residents with comprehensive community intervention on non-communicable chronic disease in Kaifeng of Henan province,and to provide the evidence for prevention and treatment of chronic disease.Methods Totally 1,552 cases data of community residents who had participated in comprehensive community intervention program from 2009 to 2010 were collected.The prevalence and risk factors of chronic disease among the community residents were analyzed.Results The total prevalence of chronic disease showed statistically significant difference between male and female(x 2 = 8.932,P=0.003),especially the prevalence of hypertension,stroke and cancer.Smoking,drinking,underactivity and fat energize rate >30.00 % showed statistically significant difference between male and female(P﹤0.05).Eggs,beans or bean products,oil,salt and alcohol intake of chronic disease patients were higher than the recommended amount of dietary pagoda.Especially cereals,meat,eggs,aquatic products,beans or bean products,milk or dairy products,alcohol and water intake showed statistically significant difference between male and female(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of chronic disease among residents with comprehensive community intervention on non-communicable chronic disease are related to age,educational background,activity,eating habit and other factors.
