| 摘 要： | 目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的病因、疗效及预后。方法对40例咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及预后进行观察。结果咳嗽症状2天后消失20例，1周后消失10例，1个月后消失5例。仅3例持续用药2个月后咳嗽症状消失，3例因支气管扩张药治疗无效，激素口服或吸入2周后咳嗽消失。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘患者早期试用支气管扩张剂和激素对于早期诊断、正确治疗以降低哮喘发生率具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cause of disease,curative effect and prognosis of cough deviancy asthma.Methods Conduct the observation to curative effect and prognosis of 40 cases cough deviancy asthma.Results 20 patients' symptom of cough disappeared after 2 days,10 patients' sypmtom of cough disappeared after 1 week,5 cases' symptom disappeared after 1 month.Only 3 cases' symptom disappeared after keeping on using the medicine for two months,3 cases was invalid because of the bronchodilator,symptom of cough disappeared after taking hormone by orally or inhale for 2 weeks.Conclusion It has the sigmpicant meaning to cut down asthma incidence through early diagnosis,right treatment for patients of cough deviancy asthma to try out bronchodilators and hormone. |
