| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),两组均应用运动治疗、饮食控制、口服降糖药物或胰岛素皮下注射控制血糖,后治疗组予针灸治疗,对照组予非治疗穴位耳穴贴敷治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后胫神经、正中神经MCV、SCV有显著变化,且两组神经传导速度提高的幅度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。 |

Treating 60 cases of DPN by acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）, Both groups were applied exercise therapy, diet control, oral hypoglycemic medicine or insulin to control blood sugar by subcutaneous injection, then the treated group was given acupuncture, the control group was treated by Auricular point sticking. Results： After treatment, the tibia1 nerve, median nerve MCV, SCV significant change, and compared increase of nerve conduction velocity of of two groups, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture is effective on treating DPN. |
