降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白在AECOPD临床意义

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)临床意义及相关性研究。方法选择78例AECOPD及34例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者,分别测定治疗前后及稳定期患者的血清PCT、hs-CRP的浓度。结果急性期患者治疗前血清PCT、hsCRP的浓度明显高于治疗后及稳定期患者,其阳性率较高,分别80.8%、75.6%,其治疗前后的水平变化同治疗后患者病情变化有明显的相关性。结论 PCT及hs-CRP是诊断AECOPD的较好指标,联合检测两者对AECOPD的治疗及效果评价有重要的临床意义。

Clinical application of serum procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protiein in patients with AECOPD

Objective To investigate the clinical application value and its correlation of serum procalcitonin （PCT） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protiein （hs-CRP） in AECOPD patients. Methods The study selected 78 patients with AECOPD as the study group and 34 COPD patients at stable period as the control group. The levels of PCT and hs-CRP were detected in all patients before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment, the ser-um levels of PCT and hs-CRP were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group, and it decreased significantly after the treatment. The positive rate was 80. 8% and 75. 6% respectively. The changes of PCT and hs-CRP before and after the treatment had obvious correlation with the changes of disease in COPD patients. Conclusion PCT and hs-CRP are good indexes for the diagnosis of AECOPD, and the joint detection has important clinical sig-nificance for the treatment and evaluation of AECOPD patients.
