| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双黄连口服液联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效。方法:对照组予以利巴韦林雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上口服双黄连口服液,观察两组临床疗效、临床症状、体征消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率91.53%明显优于对照组80.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间、淋巴结肿大消失时间、咽痛消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连口服液联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效明显,无不良反应,值得推广。

Discussion on treating herpes angina in children by the SHL oral liquid plus ribavirin inhalation therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of SHL oral liquid plus ribavirin inhalation therapy on herpes angina in children. Methods：The control group received ribavirin inhalation, observation group was given SHL oral liquid based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time were observed. Results：The total efficiency 91.53%of the observation group was better than the control group 80.0%（P〈0.05）. Fever time, herpes disappearance time, lymphadenopathy disappearance time, sore throat disappearance time of observation group significantly were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：SHL oral liquid plus ribavirin inhalation treatment of has significant clinical curative effect on herpes angina, with no adverse reaction, worthy of promotion. |
