| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍严鲁萍教授治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床经验。方法:对门诊典型病例进行分析、总结。结果:通过中医辨证分别以益气摄血、清热凉血、养阴止血治疗ITP疗效显著。结论:中医药辨证治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜可取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To introduce clinical experience of Professor YAN Lu-ping for treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods： The typical patient cases were analyzed and summarized. Results： TCM Yiqi Shexue, Qingre Liangxue and Yangyin Zhixue were used to treat ITP, with significant effect. Conclusion：TCM differential treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can lead to satisfactory results. |
