芎芷石膏汤加减治疗头痛临床观察

目的:观察和分析芎芷石膏汤加减治疗头痛的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年1月-2012年12月接收治疗的120例头痛患者,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用镇脑宁进行治疗,观察组患者采用芎芷石膏汤进行治疗,分别观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者的总有效率为71.7%,两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:芎芷石膏汤加减治疗头痛的临床疗效显著,可以有效缓解患者的头痛症状,从而提高患者的生活质量,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating headache with the Xiongzhi Shigao decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiongzhi Shigao decoction on treating headache. Methods： Our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, 120 headache patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 in each. The control group was treated with the Zhennaoning, the observation group was treated with Xiongzhi Shigao decoction. Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.7%;the control group was 71.7%, a significant difference between two sets of data, with statistical significance, 〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating headache Xiongzhi Shigao decoction has significant clinical effect, can effectively relieve headache symptoms, thereby improving the quality of life of patients, and should be widely applied in clinical treatment.
