| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸对糖尿病性膀胱(DCP)的疗效。方法:100例DCP患者随机分为两组,治疗组53例予针灸治疗,1次/d,对照组47例予甲钴胺片500μg,口服,3次/d,共治疗3个月,分别于治疗前后观察临床表现、膀胱残余尿量。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸对DCP治疗有效,疗效优于甲钴胺。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect on treating dabetic cystopathy （DCP） by acupuncture. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 53 cases in the treated group was treated by acupuncture, 1 time a day, 47 eases in control group were given Mecobalamin tablets 500μg, oral, 3 times a day, observed the clinical manifestation, bladder residual urine volume before and after treatment, respectively. Results： The efficacy of the treated group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Treating DCP by acupuncture curative effect is better than that of mecobalamin. |
