| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺配合开窍益智汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺配合开窍益智汤;对照组采用脑复康、脑复新。1个月为l个疗程,6个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组各项指标改善均优于对照组。结论:针刺配合开窍益智汤对治疗血管性痴呆及控制其进一步恶化具有良好效果。 |

Clinical observation on treating vascular dementia with Kaiqiao Yizhi decoction plus acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and Kaiqiao Yizhi Decoction on treating vascular dementia. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Kaiqiao Yizhi decoction;control group with Naofukang, Naofuxin. 1 months of 1 treatment, make evaluation of therapeutic after 6 courses of treatment. Results： The index in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Kaiqiao Yizhi decoction for vascular dementia and further has good effects. |
