| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健脾疏肝利湿活血方治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:对我院在2010年9月～2012年10月收治的120例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予健脾疏肝利湿活血方中药进行治疗,对照组使用桂枝茯苓丸进行治疗。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率90.0%,对照组临床疗效总有效率66.7%,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟健脾疏肝利湿活血方治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效显著。

Exploring the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shugan Lishi Huoxue recipe on treating ovarian cysts |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the spleen and stomach and adjusting qi recipe on treating ovarian cysts. Methods：From September 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital, 120 patients were treated and divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was treated by the Jianpi Shugan Lishi Huoxue recipe, the control group was given GFW. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 90.0%, and was 66.7%, the observation group was better （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of the Jianpi Shugan Lishi Huoxue recipe is very obvious on treating ovarian cysts. |
