清盆汤治疗50例慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:探讨中药清盆汤治疗50例慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年9月~2012年12月就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者100例,按照随机数字分组法分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组:采用西药治疗,治疗组给予自拟清盆汤治疗。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组的有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的78%,两组比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药清盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果显著优于西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of CPID with the Qingpen decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingpen decoction on treating CPID （chronic pelvic inflammatory disease）. Methods： 100 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group and treated group, 50 in each. Control group treated by modem medicine treatment, treated group was given self-made Qingpen decoction. Efficacies of two groups were observed. Results： Efficiency of the treated group was 96%, significantly higher than the control group 78%, two groups were compared of P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The efficacy of Qingpen decoction on treating CPID were significantly better than modem medicine treatment, worthy of clinical application.
