穴位透刺配合电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效观察

目的:观察穴位透刺配合电针治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:采用随机抽样法将64例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,治疗组给予头面穴位透刺配合电针治疗为主;对照组给予头面穴传统针刺治疗为主。结果:两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组之间比较,在治疗后评分及显效率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位透刺配合电针治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效较好,且具有取穴少、痛苦小的优势,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating acute peripheral facial paralysis by points acupuncture plus EA

Objective： To observe the effect of points acupuncture with electro-acupuncture （EA） treatment on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：A random sampling of 64 patients was divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and EA therapy;control group received traditional point acupuncture therapy. Results：The two groups of patients before treatment of neurological deficit scores improved significantly;the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.01）, but the comparison between the two groups after the treatment in scores and significant efficiency has no statistically significance （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Points acupuncture with electro-acupuncture treatment has good effect on acute peripheral facial paralysis, and has advantages of less points and small pain, worthy of clinical application.
