| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法:将80例早期DN患者按照抽签方法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,各为40例。两组均给予积极的健康宣教、饮食控制、肌注胰岛素等常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为30.00%,显著高于观察组(12.50%)(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴补肾活血方剂治疗早期DN患者,效果显著,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate clinical effects on treating early diabetic nephropathy by Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue recipe. Methods：80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into a control group and the study group according to balloting method. Two groups were given a positive health education, diet control, intramuscular insulin and other conventional modern medicine, the study group was given Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue recipe. On the basis of contrd group Results：The efficacy of the observation was superior to the control group;The incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 30.00%, which was significantly higher than the control group （12.50%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Huoxue recipe used to treat early DN patients has a significant effect, and it deserves to be promoted in clinical and applied . |
