临床护理路径联合中医辨证施护的整体化护理对膝关节骨关节炎的效果

目的:评价临床护理路径联合中医辨证施护整体化护理在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的价值。方法:将110例患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在中医辩证施护的基础上,采用临床护理路径整体化护理,比较两组患者的住院天数,问卷调查患者对护理服务的满意度和健康教育达标率,随访记录患者180d再入院率,以评价不同护理方法的效果。结果:观察组180d再入院率、180d>2次再入院率、住院天数、护理满意度、健康教育达标率分别为12.73%、3.6%、10±7.4d、94.55%、92.73%,与对照组相比,均有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:临床护理路径联合中医辨证施护的整体化护理在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗中可以缩短住院时间,降低再入院率,提升患者护理满意度和健康教育达标率,值得在临床中运用。

TCM clinical path plus holistic nursing care for osteoarthritis of the knee

Objective：To evaluate the clinical nursing path joint Chinese dialectical holistic nursing care in the treating osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods：110 cases were divided into observation group and control group. Control group with conventional care, observation group in TCM dialectical nursing, based on clinical nursing path holistic nursing, two groups were compared for hospitalization days, questionnaire patient for care satisfaction and health education compliance rate, during follow-up records 180d readmission rates was compared. Results：The rate of readmission 180d, 180d＆gt;2 times readmission rates, length of stay, satisfaction with care, health education, compliance rates were 12.73%, 3.6%, 10＆#177;7.4d, 94.55%, 92.73%, compared with the control group, difference were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusions：The combination of TCM clinical nursing path of holistic nursing care in treating osteoarthritis of the knee can be shorter at hospital stays, lower at readmission rates, improve patient satisfaction and health care education compliance rate.
