精制红花注射液对慢阻肺患者D-二聚体水平的影响

目的:探讨精制红花注射液对慢阻肺(COPD)患者的D-二聚体水平的影响。方法:70例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,两组均给予基本对症处理,治疗组加用精制红花注射液,对照组加用低分子肝素钠注射液;观察两组治疗前后血浆D-二聚体水平变化,并比较两组综合疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组患者治疗后血浆D-二聚体水平较治疗前均下降,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后血浆D-二聚体水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率85.7%,对照组88.6%,两组疗效相当,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:精制红花注射液可有效降低COPD患者血浆中D-二聚体水平,且效果与低分子肝素治疗相当。

Effect of refined safflower injection on D-dimer levels of patients with COPD

Objective： To investigate the effect of refined safflower injection on D-dimer levels of patients with COPD. Methods： 70 patients with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases each. Two groups were given basic symptomatic treatment, the treatment group with refined safflower injection, the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin injection; plasma D-dimer levels were observed before and after treatment and to compare integrative treatment of two groups. Results： The treatment group and control group after treatment plasma D-dimer levels were decreased compared with before treatment, there was statistically significance （P〈0.01）; after treatment, plasma D-dimer levels had no difference statistically significant （P〉0.05）; treatment group, the total efficiency was 85.7%, 88.6% of the control group, fairly, without statistically significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Refined safflower injection can effectively reduce plasma D-dimer levels of COPD patients, and the effect is quite with low molecular weight heparin.
